About this space
Studio Two is a 20m² studio for photography, video production, and content creation. Natural light fills the space during the day, making it a good choice for portraits, product photography, social media content, and small commercial shoots.
The studio includes a Colorama background system, two lighting fixtures, a makeup station, and an editing station with a display. It's well suited to solo creators, small teams, and brands looking for a compact studio with everything needed for a production.
Prices
Your hire includes exclusive use of the studio from 9am to 6pm, with setup and pack-down within your booking time. You'll have use of the Colorama background system, two lighting fixtures suitable for photography and video, the makeup station, the editing station with display, and Wi-Fi. Reasonable use of white background paper is included.
Overtime
If you need to run past 5pm, overtime is available by prior arrangement at £50 per hour or part thereof, subject to availability. Please let us know as early as possible on the day if you think you'll need it.
Deposit and damage
A refundable security deposit of £100 is payable before your booking and returned within 3 working days of your hire, subject to the studio being left as found. Damage to the space or equipment beyond normal wear will be deducted from the deposit or charged at cost if it exceeds it.
Leaving the studio
We simply ask that the space is left as you found it. Excessive cleaning, rubbish removal, or removal of set materials will be charged at cost, with a £50 minimum. If your shoot involves confetti, liquids, powders, food, or anything similarly messy, just tell us when you book. We're happy to accommodate it with a pre-agreed cleaning supplement.
