Studio 1 offers a spacious shoot area of 1300 square feet, with a consistent ceiling height of 4.6 metres, making it ideal for larger productions.
The floor-to-ceiling cove measures 5.5 metres by 5.5 metres, providing ample creative flexibility. The studio is filled with natural light from east-facing windows, and blackout curtains are available for full control over lighting conditions.
Studio 1 includes a dedicated beauty and a separate styling area. A mezzanine client area, styled with designer furniture (available to hire), offers a comfortable space for clients during shoots.

Additional amenities include access to a shared kitchenette and on-floor shower facilities.

Access via a large goods lift (3.2m × 3.2m) and a passenger lift.

With cafe on site we can also offer barista made coffees for an additional charge.
