CLEANING / DAMAGES:
Cleaning fee is included in hourly rate. Therefore all guests are kindly requested to leave the space in the same condition as they found it. All guests are kindly requested to tidy up the space after the session within their booking time. Any damages incurred by the guest to the equipment / furniture or anything will be billed on the booking person.
NOTE: WE CHARGE £10 PER FOOTPRINT/MARK ON THE WALL.
MOVING/FURNITURE/SET:
Please notify us in advance if you need to move anything within the space.
No screws, nails, or any penetrating items should be used on the walls. Damages to wall, floors, etc will be billed on the booking person.
OTHER RULES:
- Smoking is not allowed in the space.
- Smoke machine can be used in the space. (Notify us well before the start of your booking)
- Outside catering is allowed.
- If bringing materials like sand, soil, glitter, etc client must notify well in advance before the start of your booking.

Yes, white and black backdrops are included. A grey textured wall is also included.
The studio has Godox QT400 flash strobes with Nikon, Canon and Sony flash triggers, plus a Godox QT600 and Godox SL300 RGB continuous light. It also has north-facing windows, providing constant natural light from morning until sunset.
