About this space

Candid Basement is available for hire for many functions including private parties, film screenings, band/play rehearsals, small gigs, workshops and photo/film/music shoots. The outside walls consist of brick and there are 5 pillars going down the left side of the space with a concrete floor.

Projector screen.
Toilets.
Electric sockets.
Halogen spot lights.
PA available for hire.

CAPACITY:
80-100 depending on event type.

ACCESSIBILITY:
Access will be through a staircase at street level.
Not accessible for wheelchair users.

RATES:
Charitable: Registered charities, individual artists, students, colleges, universities.
Commercial: Private companies, private events/functions.
Charitable: £500/Day (10am-10pm), £60/hour Min 4 hours (unless by special arrangement).
Commercial: £1000/day (10am-12pm) £100/hour. Min 4 hours (unless by special arrangement)

Staff costs may apply for events out of office hours. SIA security will be required for events going past 10pm (to be arranged by the gallery)
