We hired the upstairs space at the Market house for a birthday party. The staff were amazing all the way through the process - thanks especially to Joe and Alessio who helped it all go so smoothly. The space was perfect for our event. Great sound system, nicely stocked bar and perfect location on Coldharbour Lane. Thanks again to you all for making it such a great night!
I was thoroughly impressed with everything that was on offer at this venue but the most important part was the supportiveness of the staff at hand, both prior and leading to the event and the event itself. All requests were met within reason and their efficiency enabled the event to run as planned and as smoothly as planned. The security staff were well-trained, friendly and accommodating to our guests and to certain situations that could not be helped at the time. Management were on hand to support and lead professionally and with care whilst the bar staff were very enthusiastic in their service and were complemented for their conduct, rapport and on occasion, their attractiveness to some of the guests. I suppose that my guests were very well-pleased with the event!
