Sabrina was very helpful and kind throughout the process. She kindly accommodated us and agreed for us to store our decor the night before our reception dinner. She even allowed us access 30 mins before our booked time for us to set up the table, and the staff (Cam) was very helpful. The customer service we received on the day was great and overall everyone was helpful and pleasant. Our guests loved the venue and everyone loved the food. We didn’t use our music in the end as everyone really like the music that was playing. Eventually we all sat around the fire pit and it was a lovely way to round off the day. Would definitely recommend and will hopefully be back again
Even though the service was great, there were times I had to chase Sabrina and her team a couple of times. However we understand that The Department Store can get very busy with other bookings.
