Location.

The staff were welcoming and attentive, and they made sure we had everything we needed whilst still giving us privacy. The pre-ordering of meals was straightforward and the manager was on hand to confirm all meals correct. The choice and quality of wines and other drinks was superb. Being well away from the main restaurant we didn't feel we had to worry if we were a little bit noisy. Overall a very good option for 16 of us, think more than 18 would have felt a bit tight for space. It would have been nice to have natural light / windows but due to room being downstairs this obviously isnt possible. It didn't affect our enjoyment and once the air conditioning was turned up the room was comfortable despite it being a warm day.
Due to low ceiling the room was a bit of an echo effect if lots of people talking. The venue descripton says you can have your own music but this is not accurate.
