About this space
The 80-capacity Private Lounge Bar has its own bar complete with your own cocktail bartender, leopard print fireplace, botanical sky light, secret Instagram corner and also private access to our beautiful shared garden.
Since you will have your own private bartender, we can organise the cocktail making too, if there is anything specific you would like let's arrange it!
The lounge is perfect for those looking for their own private space and provided it is not hired privately, we'd also be able to offer a space in our adjacent garden.
To make your event extra special, we are pleased to let you know we can offer one of our resident DJs with the music of your choice as an optional extra of £300 playing for 4 hours. If you would like to bring your own DJ or use our equipment/speakers to play your own music, the charge is £150.
It is the perfect place for dinners and parties alike.

Host rules
We operate a 7 day cancellation policy for large bookings, if you wish to cancel your booking, please notify us soon as possible to avoid your card authorisation being taken. Your full booking details will be sent to you before confirming with us, our room hire charges are non-refundable.
Lost Society operates an over 21's NO ID, NO ENTRY policy after 9pm, please make sure you bring ID to avoid being turned away at the door.
Table decorations are fine however please take our other guests around you into consideration when decorating your area.
Our reserved party areas are booked as a base for you and your guests and includes some seating as well as standing area, they do not represent the number of seats made available for all your party guest.
Lost Society reserves the right of admission and ejection from the premises of any party guest if it is felt that the guest is drunk or too rowdy.
Please note: We can only hold reserved areas for 20 minutes after the specific booking time; your reservation will be lost if you arrive after this time or fail to notify us.
Dress code; Dress to Impress. We do not allow fancy-dress costumes on Saturday evenings.

Super cool venue, worked great for our shoot. Host was friendly, accommodating, and easy to work with. We had full run of the space which was ideal.

Everything… Shannon and all the staff did everything to create the best atmosphere for us and our guests - they were so accommodating and everything was timed to perfection - from the welcome drinks, the dinner and the party! Thank you so much!

The team looked after us well after getting their attention on arrival. They set up the speaker for us after some teething issues and the bar staff provided on demand. Everyone had a great time and good service for drinks and food. Didn’t have to remind or worry about catering, they came out at the agreed time and served some tasty nibbles.
Nothing of note. I thought the chipolata canapé was going to be a bit better.

Generally everyone who came enjoyed themselves therefore i’m satisfied
Slight miscommunication in the arrangement we thought that because we hadn’t booked the DJ we were going to be given the speaker for the night but it had to to also be pre arranged which it wasn’t so first half of the night was generic bar music that had everyone sat down not really vibing but this was quickly solved when peter compromised and offered us the speaker and allowed us to play our music which then livened up the evening.

No. We would advise either hiring a DJ or having the DJ in the main room relay into the room, as our DJ in the main room would not fit with you having a speaker.
The venue has microphones, PA equipment, screen and projector access, speakers suitable for music and announcements, and a setup that can transition into a dance floor later in the evening.
