Host rules
• We operate a strict 21 and over policy. We can make exceptions to this should at least 80% of the party are over 21 and you state this before confirming your booking.
• All guests must show a valid form of photo ID on arrival. Failure to do so may result in you being refused entry.
• We reserve the right to refuse entry and / or stop serving at managers discretion.
• Should a member of your party be refused entry, we can offer a refund for this guest +1 only. The rest of the party can choose to enter or accept a credit note to re-book within the next 6 months.
• We do not offer refunds on any payments made. Should you be unable to attend your booking we can offer an alternative booking date or credit note to rebook within the next 6 months so long as you give us 72 hours notice. If you need to re-schedule due to anything COVID-19 related the same process will apply and we can offer either an alternative booking date or credit note.
• All seating requests will be noted, however we cannot 100% guarantee a specific area.
