Located on the ground floor, along the impressive Presidential corridor, the George Stephenson Room can accommodate up to 22 people in a boardroom style layout. This space features the desk that belonged to George Stephenson, the renowned engineer better known as the “Father of Railways” and founder of the Institution of Mechanical Engineers.

Due to its proximity to the Lecture Theatre, this venue space can also be used as a green room/waiting room for speakers of larger events.
