The space was ok and the food was average
The staff were extremely unhelpful and when specific the large table this was not possible. The food was dumped on the side of a table and we had to collect it ourselves. It was very disorganised and the owner was extremely rude to my guests

We booked the grove room downstairs.
Very good communication. Very good communication between myself venue and central sales team.
Demi and Courtney were very helpful.
All the staff at venue were very good and accommodating.
My friend had her 30th there and we all had a very good time.
The venue is big and clean, perfect for any event.
We will definitely use the venue again.
Nothing really, if anything I wished the venue would stay open for longer on Saturday so we could have stayed there longer ?

Very poor communication
Trying to book a reservation with this pub by actually speaking to someone was impossible. For a business in the world of hospitality, I find this unacceptable - despite asking for a number to call someone on, all I ever got was messages through Tagvenue. Hopeless
