The venue is beautiful. Clean and well decorated. The location is fab, tucked away from too much hustle and bustle but convenient to stations. Lovely outdoor area.
11pm cut off and not told we had the ability to apply for a potential extension. Private event but before 10pm kept getting told by managers to lower DJ volume. Does get pretty warm in the venue even with the aircon “full blast”

Great ambiance and attentive service
The food options needs to be more accomodating to cater for the different clientele. London being a metropolitan with different races, i felt it did not cater to my african clientele. Not that I expect to find out indigenous options on the menu but the options provided were too rigid and predominantly for the white clientele.
