This is a great central London venue with a great portion of their outside terrace. The bar and security staff and are super friendly and the main contact I had, Adelaide, was always super quick to answer and helpful. We had such a fun party and would recommend this venue.
Had a bit of an initial stress as the dj equipment wasn't set up (we requested the decks but no dj) but this was very quickly resolved! The bar itself is small, so it's not the fastest to get drinks as usually they only have enough room for one bartender.

Everything was awesome at Big Chill House, the event went really well with Anita and Alice's great help on the day. Everyone enjoyed themselves and the team were there if we needed anything, they checked in with us throughout the night on food/drinks and if we needed anything, we all had such a top night, thanks Big Chill House team!
Only negative was slight lag in replies during the planning but everything came together and went well, thanks again!
