The space was NOT large enough for 25-30 people like I had booked for. The security staff were extremely rude to our party. They refused entry to a 19 year old guest despite them being accompanied by their parents. I was told it was my fault for not reading my booking terms and conditions. I showed how the booking terms and conditions, it said nothing about an age policy. The security staff then got the manager who was very kind and accommodating and allowed the 19 year old to enter. However, the event was a surprise party, and due to the security situation ruined the surprise.
