About this space
This is a room with a 15 square metre stage and 24 seats once belonging to the Palladium. NB This space is only ever rented out for rehearsals and castings/auditions, meetings etc, never for performance. It's separated from the bookshop by a partition, which doesn't make it totally soundproof. However it's used often for castings and auditions - actors can sit in the bookshop whilst waiting to be called but please no more than two at any one time.

Great affordable and conveniently located

Great rehearsal space!
We are very central, a 2 minute walk from Waterloo station. It's not glamorous like some other places but in comparison it's inexpensive. So it's cheap and it's central, also we just charge one flat rate whether you want the theatre space or the basement, there's no sliding scale, it's all transparent. And you can book for just one hour if you want, there's no minimum.
We have a 72 hours cancellation policy.
