As part of Cinnamon Kitchen, younger sibling of Westminster's Cinnamon Club, there's no doubting the foodie credentials of this cool City cocktail lounge.

Just around the corner from Liverpool Street in Devonshire Square, Anise has its own entrance and offers a sleek look with seductive lighting, comfy leather banquettes, and exotic fabrics. It's bar menu features sharing snacks and cocktails, using the signature blends of spices that have helped its older sister win a loyal following.

Fantastic venue. Wonderful setting inside and out. Canapés were excellent and a great drink selection. We had a great night and would definitely recommend this venue.

Great atmosphere and a great layout with the square bar. The food was lovely and the suggested menu per person was just the right amount.

Excellent communication and support from Lovina.

Venue was great and managed was very helpful.

Wish they had few more staff as they only had 2 staff to serve over 100 guests, so it was a long wait everything.

Sympathetically designed in the heart of the City of London, various original features of the building have been respectfully retained from its decades of use as a warehouse.

In contrast, the new design elements of Cinnamon Kitchen's interior incorporate a captivating blend of textures and lighting.

Inspired by the typical geometric patterns that can commonly be found in historical Indian architecture and the tactile feel of traditional Indian materials, Cinnamon Kitchen presents a unique decor in which to experience contemporary Indian food.
