About this space

The venue is a rectangular room with light wood-effect flooring, a full-height mirrored wall and a suspended ceiling with recessed lighting panels. Large windows provide natural daylight and heavy curtains allow practical control of incoming light.

Room features: Bluetooth speaker, Keyboard, Air conditioning, Wi‑Fi. Storage for props/costumes may be available for longer or regular bookings (additional fee applies)

Best for: Non-percussive dance rehearsals, movement-based shoots and yoga/fitness classes are best hosted at the venue.

What sets it apart: A step-free guest entrance provides level access for wheelchair users. Totally private space, no reception or waiting area.

Not allowed: Due to building restrictions, percussive dance rehearsals (tap, flamenco etc) or any other dance styles involving heavy footwork or music rehearsals for bands are not permitted. This includes both electric and acoustic instruments. However, music rehearsals such as acapella singing or with our electronic keyboard only are allowed.
