The Main Studio Area is bright and spacious - great space for fashion and portrait photography as well as small/medium.
Set and still life or food photography and film. Ample space for production and setting up in preparation for shoots. The ceiling starts at 9ft and ascends to 18 ft encompassing a roof-light.
There are a 3x 63 amp power supply as well as a 13 amp supply.

Large open-plan, fully-equipped kitchen, suitable for still life food photography & film.
Kitchen Equipment includes: oven & microwave, fridge, large island for preparation, large fridge freezer if required, dishwasher, Kenwood Hand Mixer, Ninja Blender, coffee percolator and large sink.
Make-up/Edit Room includes: changing area, clothes Rail, hair & makeup station, Hollywood mirror, full-length mirror and stylist trolley.
Client Area - located on the mezzanine floor, where guests can relax or work away from the main studio area.

No Smoking or Vaping in the Building
Outside catering is allowed.
Concerts, music events not allowed but music permitted as backdrop/background for event , e.g. exhibition. Switch off by 11pm - respecting our residential neighbours.
BYO alcohol, but not allowed to sell alcohol.
Children are to be supervised at all times.
No animals unless pre-agreed by The Cam Den Management (guide dogs exempt).
Furniture must be moved back to where you found it.
Cancellation policy: Standard 60 day with Grace Period
