Host rules

Damage Deposit
We will hold a damage deposit for every event – the value will vary depending on the activity itself and length of hire. We will conduct pre and post-event venue checks with you to catalog any damages. If there are no damages caused, the deposit will be returned to you in full 7 days after the hire period ends.

Payments
All fees are payable in full prior to access on site. Upon confirmation we will invoice for 50% of the hire fee. All other charges are due at least one month prior to the first day of the hire period.

The venue is licensed until 03:30. For later finishing times
please speak to a member of staff for various options.

Health & Safety

All venue hirers will be required to provide Health & Safety documentation for their event.
The use of smoke and haze machines is prohibited inside the venue

Advertising & Promotion

All venue hirers must submit advertising and promotional
the material in relation to their event for landlord approval in advance of release to the public domain.

I booked the Libary room for 20 people and was given the Gallery. The room was only set up for 16 people. There we no note pads or pens available or set out (as per picture). The tables we were given were broken and some actually collapse when we were using them. Our meeting was part in person and part virtual and within 10 minutes of our meeting the Wifi broke. I went up stairs to find that there are no reception and after speaking to other users around the building I also found out that the wifi breaking was a common occurrence (the Gallery was 2 floors underground which meant that we had no 5G signal). I have messaged Nadine to raise an formal complaint but not heard a peep back. Do not book this venue if you want to be able to run a meeting successfully.

The break out room next to the main room was useful and enough pastries etc provided.
We had informed the venue that we were x24 people and on arrival the room was only set up for x15. That was annoying as delayed our start.
