The Loft is a bright, comfortable, spacious Space with natural ventilation, a beautiful living wall and original wood flooring. • Board room style for 16 people

Sutherland Labs can assist you in setting up a video conference for you and the wider team! They have also taken steps to ensure staff & client safety during the Covid-19 pandemic. PPE is available for your comfort level. A station is in reception with masks, gloves and hand sanitiser.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation fee payable to the venue depending on the notice period:

  • 7+ days prior to the event No fee, guest receives full refund
  • 1 - 6 days prior to the event Fee payable is 50% of total hire cost
  • Less than 1 day prior to the event Fee payable is 100% of total hire cost

Guest may move the event date of a confirmed booking to another date within 1 months from the original date, at no cost.
