Spread over two levels, this popular converted warehouse combines industrial character with a minimalist, contemporary finish. Features include exposed brick walls, slab-paved patio areas, and a mix of modern and retro interiors. Large glass doors open fully to the courtyard, creating a bright, flexible backdrop.

Rates & Deposit:
Rates are based on the total number of attendees — please contact us for an accurate quote.
A refundable security deposit of 50% of the hire fee is required and returned within 24 hours after the booking, provided all terms are met.

Prices
* Minimum £400.00 for a 4-hour session
Hourly rates:
* £99 / hour → 1–5 attendees
* £150 / hour → 6–12 attendees
* £180 / hour → 13–20 attendees
* £210 / hour → 20–25 attendees

50% extra damage deposit which is returned to you after the event, considering there are no damages/overtime.
£50 charge per person over agreed attendees.
We usually hire out in morning, afternoon or full day slots.
