The studio has a wide range of equipment, a fully-equipped kitchen and workspace area. There's a bathroom within the unit.

Host rules
1. Smoking is not allowed in the studio, but there’s designated smoking area in the building’s terrace
2. Set-up and Pack-down must be done within the booking hours
3. Overtime will be subject to 1.5x hourly charge
4. Furniture and decoration can be moved
5. Anything damaged/missing will be charged at full price plus £20 administration fee
6. Access is limited strictly to the open-plan studio, kitchen and bathroom. Using other studios/rooms within the premises isn’t authorised
