Venue was amazing and impressive. The night went off seamlessly, it was very organised. All guests were impressed and had a great time.
The food portions were a bit small, delicious but not filling.
The music was a bit too loud for such a small area.

The venue itself was great, the movie theme/area. 4D cinema well received. Good to have a photographer for first hour. Staff friendly, polite and happy to help.
Catering - we were very disappointed with the food, which was shame as the food is a huge part of a Christmas event. Specifically we went for the more expensive option but the quality wasn't good, the food was bland and not enough options. We had vegans who only had one choice, we had to chase on this a few times and eventually the kitchen did organise an alternative for them but it was too little too late really.
Looking back at the value for money, we would have paid a third of the price for the quality and choice. Very expensive at £100 p.p.
Would benefit from using other caterers, or having more catering options available as we had no choice on the caterer and had to use the same as another party on the same night.

Very poor communication
They wanted to know the budget which hasn't even been confirmed - I am preparing three options for the CEO to choose from - budget isn't a concern for the right venue for us (corporate booking). When I told them this they just refused the enquiry with no further communication. Quite rude really.
