Prompt reply with clear options. Unfortunately for me it was booked for the day but Adam suggest alternatives ways to you the space which was great, and included his brochure.

Yes. Staff will be assigned to the group to take orders, and purchases can be tracked if the Gallery is booked, as it will have a private bartender.
