I couldn’t have asked for a better venue to host my 25th casino themed birthday. The underground room was private, spotless, and beautifully furnished — the perfect setting for the night. Amy, the events manager was fantastic and helped the delivery of our roulette wheel before my party started. Our private bartender, Ahmed, was incredibly accommodating, friendly, and an absolute pleasure to have around. Don, the DJ, who amazingly came with the room when booked, was just as amazing. He took the time to ask for my playlist beforehand to make sure the music matched our vibe, which was such a thoughtful touch. Zack was also great at helping us set up so all in all made for a brilliant evening. Highly recommend.
The bouncer was very abrupt when asking us to leave at 2am, despite my decorations still being set up in the room. We also weren’t made aware that the room was scheduled to open to others at 12am however, after discussing this with the manager, it was agreed that the room would remain private until 2am so all sorted in the end!

The bar staff were very good abd helpful
The toilets were very dirty, but this was due to customers coming down from upstairs to use them whose aim wasn't very good.

The venue was amazing, such friendly staff and very happy to make adjustments to fit our requirements! Our event ran very smoothly thanks to their organisation and everyone had such an amazing time. I would wholeheartedly recommend this venue and we will be back there for our next event!
The only downside was that people got lost on the way due to other venues with the same name along the street. You’d have to be careful with this!
