Host rules

Care of the Studio
• Please treat the studio, furniture, equipment, fixtures and décor with care.
• Furniture and equipment must not be moved without prior permission.
• Nothing may be nailed, screwed, pinned, glued or attached to the walls, ceilings, doors or fixtures without permission.
• Studio equipment, floral tools, flowers and stock must not be used or removed unless agreed in advance.

Damage
• Any damage to the studio, furniture, equipment, fixtures, flooring, walls, décor or other property will result in an additional charge.
• The hirer will be responsible for the cost of repair or replacement of any damaged or lost items caused during the booking.
• A security/damage deposit may be required.

Smoking & Fire Safety
• No smoking is permitted anywhere inside the building.
• Candles, open flames, fireworks, sparklers and smoke machines are not permitted unless specifically approved in advance.
• All fire exits and access routes must remain clear at all times.

Food & Drinks
• Food and drinks must be kept in designated areas where applicable.
• Any spills must be cleaned immediately.
• Staining foods, drinks or substances that could damage the studio may be restricted.
• No cooking or frying is permitted unless agreed in advance.

Decorations
• Glitter, loose confetti, paint, strong adhesives and anything that may stain or damage the studio are not permitted.
• Decorations must not be attached to walls, ceilings, doors or fixtures without prior approval.
• All decorations must be removed at the end of the booking.

Music & Noise
• Music and noise must be kept at a reasonable level.
• The hirer must respect neighbours and comply with any building noise restrictions.
• Any event must finish by the agreed time.

Cancellation policy: Flexible with Grace Period
