A spacious, private room well-suited to meetings and trainings. Comfortably sitting 15 around a central table for meeting, with space for a whiteboard, screen or presentation.
Other uses include art sessions, working groups, small exercise groups.
Loads of natural light, with a door that opens into a conservatory.
Direct access to a shared communal kitchen space, with filtered water.
Optional tea/coffee/hot drinks can be provided on request for a small charge per person.

Host rules
We do not host any parties for organisers or attendees who are between the ages of 15 and 22.
This means the party organiser, or the person for whom the party is being held, must be either 14 or under, or 23 or older.
Outside catering is allowed, wicked based chaffing fuel is permitted. Please note GEL BASED CHAFFING FUEL cannot be used at all in the centre.
There are two kitchens for hire if you wish - 1) a small commercial kitchen with hob, two full ovens with prep space, and 2) a large domestic style kitchen.
Alcohol is not allowed.
Any parties where minors are present must be accompanied by a over 18 parent or guardian inside the party space at all times.
For evening parties all guests must vacate by 9pm.
The venue must be tidied and left clean (floor swept) and all decorations removed on the day at the end of the event. Refuse and recycling facilities are provided. If the venue is left untidy then there will be a charge for this.
Any overstays past the booked time will result in a charge of 1.5X the hire fee for all spaces occupied in the centre.
No smoking anywhere in the building including vapes/e-cigarettes.
Any external contractors (bouncy castles, catering, sound systems, entertainment, etc) must be properly insured.
Please note the venue is in a residential area, please respect the local residents when using the centre.
Cancellation policy: Flexible with Grace Period

Yes. A flip chart and pens can be provided.
Yes. The room can be set up with the tables separated out and 10 chairs.
Yes. A TV screen is available for presentations and can be connected to a laptop via an HDMI connection.
