Main Creative Studio at Splatter Room Studio
About this space
Our main creative studio is a 750 sq. ft. space suitable for photography, filming, content creation, workshops, private events, brand activations, and other creative projects. With seating for up to 20 guests, the room can be arranged to suit a variety of productions and event layouts.
The studio is air conditioned and offers both natural daylight and UV lighting, allowing you to create different looks for your project. The walls can also be painted for custom backdrops or installations. Guests have access to Wi-Fi, Bluetooth speakers, tea and coffee facilities, a large sink, lift access, restrooms, showers, and changing facilities. On-site courtyard parking is available by arrangement, with additional street parking nearby. Located at Islington Studios in North London, the venue is just a short walk from Archway, Upper Holloway, and Crouch Hill stations.
Prices
The hire fee includes use of the main creative studio, reception/office area, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth speakers, air conditioning, tea and coffee making facilities, UV lighting setup, blackout/daylight options and access to the large double sink.
A standard cleaning fee of £50 applies. Additional cleaning, wall repainting, custom backdrops, creative materials, staffing, workshops, late-night access or 24-hour access may be quoted separately depending on the booking.
Standard availability follows the studio opening hours. Early morning, late evening, Monday bookings or 24-hour access may be available by prior arrangement.

Host rules
• No smoking or vaping inside the studio or building.
• All events, shoots and activities must be agreed in advance. Ticketed events, alcohol, DJs, external sound equipment, late-night access, 24-hour access and painted wall/backdrop requests must be approved before the booking.
• Clients may play their own music through the in-house Bluetooth speakers, but noise levels must remain reasonable and follow any building requirements.
• The studio walls may only be painted or altered with prior approval. Any agreed custom painting, backdrops or personalised wall messages must be discussed before the booking.
• Furniture and studio equipment must be handled with care and returned to its original position at the end of the booking.
• Guests must not block entrances, corridors, fire exits, stairs, lifts or shared building areas at any time.
• Children and under-18s must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
• Only pre-approved suppliers, decorators, caterers, DJs, photographers, videographers or event staff may access the space.
• Courtyard parking is available for 1–2 cars by prior arrangement only. Additional vehicles must use nearby on-street parking where permitted.
• The studio is located within a shared building, so guests must be respectful of other tenants and shared facilities, including toilets, showers, changing areas, corridors and the on-site café.
