- Do not exceed the agreed-upon event time without prior approval.
- Catering, Kitchen Utensils, decorations, and audiovisual equipment are not provided but may be brought by the renter, and the vendor used would need to be approved by the host.
- Restricted areas, including storage rooms and any non-designated event spaces, must not be accessed.
- Arrive early to set up and familiarize yourself with the space.
- Inform your guests about parking options, public transport, and access points ahead of time.
