CANCELLATIONS
All cancellations must be made in writing and will take effect from the date received by the Venue.
a) Groups of up to 30 guests
Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations made with less than 14 working days’ notice
Any changes to guest numbers or dates must be made at least 14 working days in advance and are subject to availability
b) Groups over 30 guests or exclusive venue hire
Deposits are non-refundable if cancelled with less than two (2) months’ notice
100% of the agreed total will be payable if cancelled within this period
The Venue reserves the right to cancel a booking if there is a reduction of more than 30% of the originally confirmed guest numbers.
