Host rules
1. SEATING: Due to the nature of our super eclectic house, you may be sat at low seating areas such as sofas, coffee tables and stalls. This may be as a mixture of seating and standing, not everyone in the group will be able to have a seat. Please let us know in advance if this is a big issue. However, we may not always be able to accommodate you for high dining.
2. We have gone CASHLESS, so bring any card you can make payment on (Oyster cards don't count).
3. We will hold tables for you up to 15 minutes after your allotted reservation time, after which sadly we’ll let others take up the space.
4. Your group are guaranteed entry within a 20-minute timeline of your booking. Beyond this we cannot guarantee any entry for you or your guests.
5. The Little Scarlet Door and The Little Violet Door are over 23s but we do not accept large groups of up to 25-year-olds. Our other venues are over 21 only. We reserve the right to ask for hard copy ID and refuse anyone who cannot provide it. Some of our venues require by law a hard copy ID for ID scanning to gain entry.
6. When booking in, please ensure you book for your correct number of expected guests, as we may not be able to accommodate a swing in your numbers.
7. For dining groups of 10 or more, we require a pre-order of food.
8. To ensure the swiftest possible service, the Flatmates do request all tabs to be settled on one bill per table.
9. DRESS CODE: We support individuality and style, but we don’t support a lack of effort. Scruffy attire and sports attire a defo no-no (including sports jerseys, hoodies and caps).
10. We cannot guarantee what table/area you will have on the night unless it is a private hire.
11. No Hens or Stag Dos at The Little Scarlet Door or The Little Violet Door. We accept Hen Dos at The Little Blue, Orange and Yellow Doors.
12. We only accept mixed-gender groups and entry to our venues is to our security & managers’ discretion.
13. There is no vaping allowed inside our venues
