The process of booking was incredibly easy and friendly management ahead of the event, which made us feel at ease given they were hosting our wedding reception. They allowed us to have decorations and staff even offered to re-arrange furniture etc to ensure the event was ready for us. Music was easy to set up and the sound system was decent! The venue aesthetically is top tier, every detail is suited to the theme from the furniture to the light switches. The staff were incredibly helpful and informative on the night - wish we had caught their names! They were amazing at ensuring downstairs seating areas was kept to our guests only. Food & drinks were (as always) delicious - our guests raved about the cocktails and pizzas on the night and after the event. Lastly, venue was incredibly easy going with the guests and even on a couple of occasions turning the music up for us. Overall a fantastic experience!
That we had to share the bathroom, which given is at the back of the venue we thought would cause issues and made us slightly uncomfortable (however that being said any outside people came through the party respectfully and the venue staff were great in ensuring any upstairs guests were aware of the private function and we didn’t have any issues on the day)
