The main gallery (the big white space) is approximately 450 sqm (4,845 sq. ft.) and holds up to 260 people, and the rear studio (the brick-walled room) is 120sqm (1,290 sq. ft.). Total venue capacity is 320.
Up to 100mb broadband line with Wi-Fi throughout the space to make sure you stay tuned in. 3 phase power supply. Fire alarm with automatic water sprinklers to make sure you are safe.
It's ideal for holding press days, launch parties, conferences, exhibitions, presentations, trade and fashion shows and many more.

Loud music is only allowed between 6pm and 10.30pm.
Westminster Council only permits us to load in and out between 8am and 6pm from Monday to Saturday. We provide the morning after your event free of charge for de-rig and load out.

About The Vinyl Factory Soho
The Vinyl Factory Soho is a unique venue located in the heart of central London.
It has two rooms covering approximately 6,000 sq ft. and is suitable for exhibitions, presentations, trade and fashion shows, press days, launch parties and so much more.
The Vinyl Factory is a dry hire venue and we have no preferred suppliers. All equipment, furniture, food, drink, security, cleaning, cloakroom, etc. are in the hands of the hirer.

FAQ
Cancellations 30 days in advance will receive a full refund.
Cancellations 30 days to 7 days in advance will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations for events starting within 7 days are non-refundable.
Event date of a confirmed booking can be changed to another date within 6 months from the original date, at no cost.
