The Studio at The Vinyl Factory has wooden floors, exposed brickwork and a Manhattan loft space vibe.
Situated in the heart of Soho, it is ideal for events including meetings, workshops, product launches, trade events and pop up installations.
The room covers 120sqm and when hired on its own, a small section of the 450sqm Gallery space next door is provided as a back of house space if necessary. It has modern facilities with access to 3-phase power and super-fast internet (both wifi and wired ports).
The hire fees (including VAT) are £2,700 (8am to 6pm) or £3,300 (8am to 11pm) for a set-up day and £4,500 (8am to 6pm) or £5,700 (8am to 11pm) for each event day.
Due to Westminster Council loading restrictions, which are 8am to 6pm Monday to Saturday, we provide 8am to 12pm the morning after the (last) event day for de-rig and load out at no extra cost.

Loud music is only allowed between 6pm and 10.30pm.
Westminster Council only permits us to load in and out between 8am and 6pm from Monday to Saturday. We provide the morning after your event free of charge for de-rig and load out.
