By booking this space, you agree to the following terms:
General Conduct
No smoking anywhere inside the building; designated outdoor smoking area available
Respectful behaviour required at all times—this is a historic church property
All events must conclude and the premises vacated by 10pm sharp
Maximum capacity limits must be strictly observed (350 standing, 160 seated)
Food & Beverage
No alcohol permitted on the premises without prior written approval
All catering must be discussed and approved in advance
Kitchen facilities to be left clean and tidy after use
No naked flames or candles without prior approval
Property & Damages
If repair costs exceed the deposit amount, hirers are liable for the balance
All rubbish and waste must be removed from the premises; failure to do so incurs a £150 surcharge
Equipment and furniture must not be moved without permission
Access & Safety
Access times must be adhered to strictly
Fire exits must remain clear and accessible at all times
Emergency procedures must be followed
Adequate public liability insurance required (minimum £5 million cover)
Additional Requirements
Parking regulations must be observed
Any decorations must be approved in advance and removed after the event
Blu-tack, nails, or adhesives that damage walls are prohibited
Failure to comply with these rules may result in forfeiture of deposit and additional charges
Cancellation policy: Standard 30 day with Grace Period
