About this space

Unit 12 is a bright, warehouse-style studio that can be tailored to suit almost any purpose, from away days and creative workshops to team meetings or hands-on activity sessions.

Flooded with natural light from four large Crittall windows overlooking our cobbled courtyard, it’s an inspiring space for up to 24 people.

We can set it up however you need: tables and chairs, open-plan for movement, or a mix of both. Hire includes high-end AV equipment, free Wi-Fi, whiteboard, and unlimited tea and coffee all day.

You’re welcome to bring in your own lunch or catering, or we can recommend options for delivery. Either way, the fully equipped kitchen has plenty of cutlery, crockery, glasses, etc. There’s also a lovely café just downstairs in the canalside courtyard if you’d prefer to step out for a break.

Host rules

The hire period is from 9am to 6pm, unless otherwise agreed. Overtime can be arranged, including deliveries and setting up. All props / catering are to be delivered and collected during the hire period.
All domestic rubbish (food packaging, drinks containers) must be placed in bin bags and left just outside the internal doors of the studio. Any rubbish that is not suitable for bin bags must be removed from site by the client and disposed of via your own waste disposal authority.
Unfortunately any accidental damage must be paid for. Clients should ensure they have adequate public
liability insurance in case of any accidents. UP Studios cannot be held responsible or liable for any items during
the hire or left on site after the hire period.
It is not permitted to smoke in any part of the studio.
