Our Full Venue Hire option gives you exclusive access to both our 1,000 sq ft warehouse-style studio and our flexible lifestyle/workshop space - offering the ultimate creative and professional environment under one roof.
Whether you're shooting high-end film or photography, hosting a workshop, running a corporate away day, or throwing a private event, this combined space offers room to move, natural light galore (with blackout options), and serious character thanks to its original warehouse features and canal-side charm.

You can also order in your own refreshments and use our cutlery, crockery, glasses, etc.

Host rules
The hire period is from 9am to 6pm, unless otherwise agreed. Overtime can be arranged, including deliveries and setting up. All props / catering are to be delivered and collected during the hire period.
All domestic rubbish (food packaging, drinks containers) must be placed in bin bags and left just outside the internal doors of the studio. Any rubbish that is not suitable for bin bags must be removed from site by the client and disposed of via your own waste disposal authority.
Unfortunately any accidental damage must be paid for. Clients should ensure they have adequate public
liability insurance in case of any accidents. UP Studios cannot be held responsible or liable for any items during
the hire or left on site after the hire period.
It is not permitted to smoke in any part of the studio.
Cancellation policy: Flexible with Grace Period
