The former Gig Space is now home to IKLECTIK, a grassroots arts organisation dedicated to experimental sound, music, art, and socially engaged practices. Outside of its curated programme, IKLECTIK welcomes private hires and collaborations for a wide range of events.
Located on Level 5 at Peckham Levels, this spacious, sound-treated venue is one of the largest and most versatile event spaces in the area. The open-plan layout can be configured for live music, club nights, brand activations, award ceremonies, conferences, and creative experiences across culture, arts, and sound.
The space offers 450 standing / 250 seated capacity, with stage and dance floor, step-free access, bar facilities, heating and air conditioning, and an outdoor terrace. Additional AV, PA systems, and furnishings can be arranged as add-ons to suit your event’s needs.

The hire fee and minimum spend have been roughly calculated based on an event of around 100 guests, but final costs may vary depending on specific requirements. Guest under 18 not allowed unless accompanied by an adult after 20:00
Host rules
No smoking or vaping anywhere inside the venue (including toilets, green room, or backstage areas).
Any damage to the space, equipment, or furniture will result in additional repair or replacement charges.
Alcohol can only be sold or served through IKLECTIK’s licensed bar. No external alcohol or bar service is permitted without prior written consent.
All events must comply with venue sound restrictions, licensing conditions, and Southwark Council safety regulations.
No open flames, candles, pyrotechnics, spirit lamps, or flammable materials are allowed inside the venue.
Access outside of agreed hire hours must be approved in advance and may incur additional charges.
The hirer is responsible for the behaviour and safety of all attendees, contractors, and performers during the event.
Any setup, technical installation, or deinstallation must be pre-approved by IKLECTIK’s management.
The hirer must hold valid Public Liability Insurance and ensure all electrical or technical equipment brought into the venue meets British Safety Standards.
Vehicles are only permitted for loading/unloading and must be removed immediately after.
