Venue Rules

• Smoking and shisha are permitted only in designated areas.
• The venue must be left in the same condition as it was provided, with all personal belongings, decorations and rubbish removed.
• Furniture may only be moved with prior approval and must be returned to its original position.
• Decorations must not damage walls, furniture or fixtures. Confetti, glitter and open flames require prior approval.
• For events involving alcohol, the organiser must arrange suitable security at their own expense. Security arrangements must be approved by venue management before the event.
• The organiser is responsible for guests’ conduct and any damage caused during the hire.
• Access, setup and clearing must take place within the agreed hire period. Any additional time requires prior approval and may incur extra charges.
• Guest numbers must remain within the agreed capacity.

Bookings & Cancellations

A booking is confirmed only once the event details have been agreed by both parties and the required deposit has been received.

The booking deposit is non-refundable if the organiser cancels. Please ensure you are happy with the venue, arrangements and booking terms before paying.

Requests to change the date or booking details are subject to availability and written approval from venue management.

Cancellation policy: Standard 60 day
