Staff were attentive, food was good and room facilities were good
Room and and delegates felt like they were in a dungeon because the rooms are underground.

I have sent them emails after my booking and have not heard back. I prefer a response via email so I have a paper trail. After the booking was made and payment secured I have not heard anything. This makes me concerned. thank Riska
