Not every celebration belongs in a pub function room. -1 Studios is a fully equipped private space in Central London - built around sound, atmosphere and good energy.

Hire it for your birthday, your listening party, your baby shower, your afters. Bring your own drinks, bring your people, and make it yours for the night. Jump on the DJ decks, play a friend on the PlayStation, or challenge someone to a game of table tennis. The sound system, lighting rig and all the extras are in there waiting for you. The space already has its own character - you just bring the occasion.

Booking & Access – All bookings must be made in advance. Please arrive and leave within your allocated time slot.
Respect the Space – Treat the studio, furniture, and equipment with care. Any damages may result in additional charges.
Noise Levels – Keep noise at a reasonable level in shared building areas. Inside the studio, feel free to create.
Guests – Only the number of guests agreed at booking are permitted in the space. Please confirm in advance if you’d like to bring extras.
Food & Drink – Light refreshments are welcome, but please keep the studio clean. No smoking inside the premises.
Equipment Use – Use only the equipment included in your booking, unless otherwise agreed. Please return everything to its original position after use.
Security – Do not leave the entrance door open or unattended. Ensure all belongings are taken with you when you leave.
