About this space
The Courtyard and Glasshouse are the main ground-floor spaces at Electrowerkz. Hired together, they create a flexible two-room package with natural flow from reception to main event. For larger capacity events, hire the full ground floor to also access the intimate club room, The Cage.
The Courtyard sits under a glass atrium ceiling. It has brick, cobblestone flooring and a full-width bar. Features include festoon lighting, a giant disco ball and street art by Stik and Le Rat. The room has been used for film shoots, including the Black Mirror episode San Junipero.
The Glasshouse connects directly to the Courtyard. It has high ceilings, polished floors, a stage, built-in lighting rig and club-ready sound system. The space is ideal for seated events and late night parties.
Together the two rooms work well for brand launches, fashion shows, exhibitions, workshops, corporate dinners, live music, conferences, meetings, after-parties and screenings. Large projections or LED screens can be installed for an effect. The Courtyard provides the bright reception and bar. The Glasshouse hosts the show.

Yes, the Glasshouse could be used as a presentation space.
Booking entertainment is the responsibility of the event organiser.
The bar expectation is what the venue expects to be reached. It can be half prepaid, after which guests can pay for drinks or the organiser can pay the outstanding amount.
Yes. The Courtyard is the space with natural light and the disco ball, while the Glasshouse beside it is the main room for loud music.
