The Top Floor retains the character of the building’s past as a steelworks factory. Its aeroplane-panel bar and reclaimed fittings from an 80s London nightclub give the space a strong identity and a sense of history. These details create a backdrop that feels both raw and distinctive, a refreshing contrast to the polished uniformity of many corporate venues.
A modular stage allows for varied layouts, whether hosting a live gig, DJ set, screening or talk. The sound system delivers powerful, club-ready audio, while the professional lighting rig transforms the atmosphere to suit the event;
The Top Floor can be hired exclusively with a private entrance and ground level smoking area, as part of a multi room hire or as part of a full building takeover. Spread across five floors, Electrowerkz offers seven unique spaces, from the glass-atrium Courtyard to the dramatic Penthouse and raw industrial rooms such as the Bunker and Warehouse.

About Electrowerkz
Electrowerkz is a late 19th-century warehouse event space and club housed in a former steel works factory. Spread across five levels and seven hirable spaces, including the striking central Courtyard with its glass atrium ceiling and the dramatic, day-lit catwalk room, the Penthouse. There are four club ready event spaces in the building, all featuring world-class club sound and lighting for your event to look and sound spectacular. Electrowerkz is equipped with bars, a commercial kitchen and six sets of bathrooms. The ground level rooms are fully accessible.
The venue strikes the perfect balance between corporate events and its world-class weekend club culture. The monthly Slimelight club night has been running since 1987, making Electrowerkz one of the longest-running club and event spaces in the city.
