The studio is a rectangular space with a timber floor, white painted walls and a moderate ceiling height fitted with exposed track lighting and visible cable runs. The layout provides an open, unobstructed floor area and clear wall planes suitable for lighting setups and backdrop placement.

Room features: Full-length mirrored wall offers continuous visual feedback for rehearsals and camera framing. Natural daylight enters through a side window, and a step-free guest entrance provides wheelchair access.

Best for: Dance rehearsals, choreography filming and movement-based shoots are well served by this space.

What sets it apart: A fixed PA system and speakers are installed for on-site music playback.
