I did not know the room I booked (room 2) was connected to another one (room 3). I really think the venue should be clearer about the layout of the room. This meant the group rehearsing next door had to enter my room to access theirs. Because of this situation, I had a terrible rehearsal. The group next door was quite big (more than 10 people), and they all arrived at different times. And not just that: they kept coming in and out of their studio (and consequently through mine) throughout the entire 2 hours I was there. I had no privacy at all, so not a real possibility to focus. I left extremely frustrated with my rehearsal because of the lack of transparency in the booking.

Space is a good size, and has a good sized mirror. Audio system works well.
Its very very cold in there, the floor was icy and if you have to do floorwork, its not great for that reason !
The floor was quite sticky and dirty, plus the building itself does not feel like its the safest, ITs hidden in the Dalston market area, again, at night time for females not the best area to wonder around.

Easy to get in. Directions were clear.
Room was absolutely boiling and there was a group directing next door playing loud music that distracted from our rehearsals massively, and the heat made focus difficult too.
