- A room hire fee is required to secure your booking. It's refundable up to 7 days in advance
- Any pre-ordered food & drink must be paid for and the full balance settled 7 days prior to the event date
- If anyone under the age of 18 attempts to buy alcohol or is found consuming alcohol on the premises, we will have to ask them to leave the party and if it happens too often we will consider closing the bar for the sale of alcohol
-The place must be left in its original condition; otherwise, the deposit will not be refunded OR you will receive a fine for cost of damage.

The space was amazing, the staff were really helpful and friendly, and the food and drinks were both excellent
Having to move upstairs half way through the party was slightly inconvenient, but it was lovely to have all of the upstairs space to ourselves!

From our initial inquiry to the end of the evening, working with the team at Hot Toddy was an absolute pleasure. The entire experience was seamless. The venue was perfect for hosting a birthday celebration - stylish and comfortable, with delicious canapé options, welcome drinks, a private bar, a PA system, and exclusive access to the restaurant later in the night. Alice was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout the planning process, and the staff on the night were not only professional but genuinely warm and attentive, ensuring everything ran smoothly and that we had a fantastic time.
