Staff as always were excellent - Sid and the whole team are so helpful. Quality of the food was excellent, both the snacks and puddings. Venue as a whole is excellent for the type of event we held which was a group of 25 team build using the venue for the full day. Everything we needed was accommodated.
Communication was perfect throughout, the space was fully customisable on the day and flexible on our timing and needs. The cafe is well equipped and everyone felt fully attended to. Space was clean and tech worked flawlessly. Also lovely to be able to go outside on a sunny day. The team were wonderful and I can't recommend Melanin Health & Wellness highly enough.
Everything was perfect! The room was spotless with everything we could possibly need from a boiling water tap for tea, milk frother for coffee and even oat milk in the fridge. The large cookie jar was also a lovely idea. Organisation was very straightforward and the staff on the day couldn't have been more helpful.

I loved the location, the facilities, how easy the tables were to move around. The space was clean and tidy. I would definitely use this space again, in fact I have already submitted another enquiry!
All staff on the day were very helpful. Clean bright room. Cannot be closer to the tube. Lunch facilities were lovely. Comfy chairs.
Room was ready for us to use but the breakfast was bit of a delay. As we had just started it went well for us.
