What facilities should I look for in meeting rooms near Bank Station?

The meeting spaces in that central area of London are equipped with state-of-the-art facilities, so you should easily find a venue with everything you need. Some of the amenities and equipment you should pay attention to include:

  • High-speed internet. The majority of meeting rooms in Bank grant you access to Wi-Fi, but it’s important to make sure the connection is strong and fast enough to run all the tasks you need!
  • Audio-visual equipment. This includes TV screens, projectors, audio speakers, and microphones. Not every meeting will require all of these things, so it’s good to know what you’ll need in advance.
  • Other elements of the room. Is there a whiteboard or a flip chart to do some more old-school presentations? Are the table and chairs comfortable? Is the layout flexible enough?
  • Conference call facilities. If you’re planning a hybrid meeting, you can’t overlook the video call equipment! Bank might be a central and easily accessible area, but some guests simply can’t show up in person sometimes, so video conferences are a great solution.
  • Catering services. If your meeting might run long, it’s important to have at least some food and drinks options for the delegates. Sometimes basic kitchen facilities are enough!
  • Parking. If any of your guests are coming by car, make sure there is enough parking space on-site. The Bank area of London is usually very busy, so you can’t overlook this step!

Booked The Studio at 32 Threadneedle Street
The salad for lunch was very nice, plenty of water, tea, coffee etc. The room was a generous size and ideal for what we wanted to use it for. It did have a window so there was natural light - all be it looking out onto a concrete wall (but it is central London!) I'd happily use it again for the purpose we used it for.

Booked The Nave at St Ethelburga's Centre
This is a truly inspirational location for a gathering, event or roundtable. Because the organization focuses on peace and reconciliation, it provided the perfect setting for a discussion around gender equity and intentional gender bridge building, with a focus on mental health and wellbeing. The staff was very helpful and engaged. We look forward to being there again.

I didn’t like the venue, it was completely misleading. Wanted conduct some interviews in a semi quite room and was told it should be alright but with some background noise. But it turned out the background was the so prominent that we could hear any conversation of the people in our room. Disgusted with the fact how manager reacted when told them the concern. I was told that I already know Wednesdays are busier. Which I wasn’t told atall. Very annoyed and wouldn’t recommend anyone

Good, prestigious venue for a committee meeting. Unexpected good value in that the deposit I had paid really proved to be just that - so no hire charge.
