I had amazing halloween party. The basement looks dark and authentic for such a spooky event. The music equipment was very convenient and team help me if I had questions. Unlike many other places hosts here are happy for us to decorate event as much as we like, even with messy things like Halloween spider webs. The walls of the venue also have some existing features that made decorations easy to attach. The food provided by the venue was great. My guests liked it very much. Preordering drinks was very convenient and was happy with everything. Good venue!

The venue were so flexible! They allowed us to play our own music and bring our own food. Staff were so friendly and helped us set up and clear up. They let us stay right till the end and make the most of our night. Happy hour cocktails and teapots were great! The space was perfect for our numbers, with a mix of seating and standing. Would highly recommend for a private hire.

I had a great time at Big Chill King’s Cross. Venue manager, Adelaide, was very responsive and on top of everything. The venue was able to accommodate for my special requests and dietary requirements. Most of the staff I interacted was very proactive though on the night some of them could have been a bit more proactive in helping out when we ran out of cutlery etc (though I understand it was a busy Saturday night). Big thanks to Adelaide for being such a great venue manager!
