The venue were so flexible! They allowed us to play our own music and bring our own food. Staff were so friendly and helped us set up and clear up. They let us stay right till the end and make the most of our night. Happy hour cocktails and teapots were great! The space was perfect for our numbers, with a mix of seating and standing. Would highly recommend for a private hire.

I had a great time at Big Chill King’s Cross. Venue manager, Adelaide, was very responsive and on top of everything. The venue was able to accommodate for my special requests and dietary requirements. Most of the staff I interacted was very proactive though on the night some of them could have been a bit more proactive in helping out when we ran out of cutlery etc (though I understand it was a busy Saturday night). Big thanks to Adelaide for being such a great venue manager!

She put the effort in to make sure myself and my sister had a blast and even organised little games for us. she also was a great speedy bartender alongside her colleagues which made it very easy for us to hit our minimum spend!
