I recently hosted a birthday drinks reception for 20 people at this venue, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From my initial inquiry to the venue visit and the event itself, everything ran incredibly smoothly thanks to the amazing team — special shoutout to Jared, Annalisa, and the entire crew! The team is highly professional, experienced, and they made the whole process stress-free. We had the private room rearranged beautifully to suit our needs. The staff were very accommodating, we were able to decorate and play our music, which really added to the vibe. The selection of drinks, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic, was excellent, and the food was delicious. Everyone commented on how much they enjoyed it! You could tell everything was curated with care and attention to detail. Truly a hidden gem. I’ll be booking again. Thank you for making my day so special!

This venue was perfect for our birthday, we loved the whole look and vibe of the downstairs area. The lighting, the huge glitterball DJ booth, sound system was perfect, bar well staffed and happy hour prices was a massive bonus. Own entrance, staff on the door providing wristbands for our private event, own toilets, great mix of seating areas, dancefloor and standing area by the bar. The staff were so friendly and attentive, it really was an incredible event thanks to the venue, facilities and levels of service. We looked at a number of venues and this was miles ahead for us, prices are excellent for central London and minimum spend requirement was very reasonable for the size of space / capacity. Thank you to the whole team for everything!!

Booked Snug at The Prince of Wales Feathers

Booked the snug for 25-30 people including a few babies/toddlers and the space was perfect as there was room for pushchairs and baby changing facilities. We basically took over the back of the pub and the main toilets are elsewhere so we didn’t have the issue of being in a gangway. The drinks we pre-ordered were there when we arrived and the team kept the space clear and even moved the drinks for us as we migrated towards the bar. It’s also a perfect location for people travelling into London as it’s right by Euston station. Would highly recommend this venue.

The venue was stunning, a perfect 30th birthday venue in central London that felt very private and also very beautiful. All my guests had lots of compliments for the space. It didn’t need any decoration to improve the space for my event. The caretaker was on hand to help but also left us alone, which was good. The space is definitely worth visiting as it’s much better and bigger than the pictures too and included more outdoor area than I was expecting. It works well both in summer and winter as the space is cozy inside and the garden was lovely too.

The Horse and Groom was the perfect venue for our joint 40th birthday party. Neil and the team helped us along every step of the way, picking out the drinks, managing the guest list, hanging decorations and getting everything set up for our DJs. Amazing venue, could only recommend it!! great sound system and DJ equipment, staff was super helpful from the beginning (to plan the event) as well as during the event. The food was incredible did not expect it to be that good and great cocktails as well. This is the 4th venue where I am throwing my birthday party for 80-100 guests and was definitely the best one.

Was easy to set the party up through Tagvenue and we had good contact from Abi the venue manager. When the booking slipped through the net prior to the event it was quickly and efficiently sorted. The venue is in a fabulous location, the venue was flexible about catering so we could add our own items which helped enormously. Sound system worked fine for our own playlist. The Parlour was the perfect size to accommodate food, dancing and chat.

We loved the upstairs room with the attached room terrace. It was so perfect for the smokers in the group to still be very much included in the party and to not 'lose' anyone! Ordered a variety of snacks on the evening with the bar man kindly set up 'buffet' style for those who wanted to eat at one end of the room. Plenty of space for everyone! Really good evening! Great drinks prices and the food was delicious! Had so many compliments on the space, it would be so divine to hold a summer party there! Sarah the events manager is wonderful to deal with as well so thank you!
